About Our Cheshire Rug Cleaning Business

Here at the Arcadia Rug Spa we provide an expert rug cleaning and rug repairs service for the people of Cheshire, the surrounding area’s in the NorthWest and beyond.
We are based in a town called Northwich, in the very heart of Cheshire and have easy access for you to pop in and drop your rugs in with us. We even accept rugs by courier from all over the country.

We offer a bespoke, professional rug cleaning service tailored to each individual rug, all rugs are different and therefore need cleaning differently. We have the knowledge to make sure your rugs are cleaned with optimum results without fear of being ruined, We love cleaning and restoring rugs so don’t risk an inferior clean, let us do it right first time.

We (Derek and Sian) have been in the cleaning industry for 20+ years and we originally set up our successful carpet cleaning company Arcadia Cleaners in 2008. Lots our customer wanted the same quality high standard of cleaning for their rugs. We sought advance rug cleaning training provided by the “Woolsafe” organisation and attended training in other area’s such as repairs, dyeing, spot and stain removal and many more to advance our knowledge and understanding in providing the best care for customers looking for rug cleaning and rug repair services.

Rugs are very different in construction to carpets and the cleaning process to clean a rug thoroughly and safely should not be completed in the home or using a carpet cleaning machine. That’s why we did our research on the best techniques and machinery for cleaning rugs properly and set up the dedicated spa. Our process to clean a rug properly is completed using our specialist rug cleaning equipment that has been sourced world-wide, And is complimented with our extensive knowledge of construction, fibres, stain and Chemicals

We set up our dedicated rug cleaning Spa in 2016 and we have gone from strength to strength, so much so that we now only clean rugs all day everyday.
